Secure e-mail
Neue Bank attaches great importance to security and discretion. Unencrypted e-mail traffic entails considerable risks, such as lack of confidentiality, potential falsification of the content or sender, and so on. Neue Bank recommends that its clients do not send sensitive information via unencrypted e-mail.
Again and again, e-mail messages with falsified sender addresses are circulated. So that you can verify that e-mails sent with “Neue Bank” as the sender actually come from us and have not been falsified, all outgoing e-mails are digitally signed by Neue Bank.
Most of the popular e-mail applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, and Apple Mail, check whether the signature is valid. This is indicated by a seal, a sealed envelope, or a check mark. By clicking on the symbol, you can view additional information. Note that all of our e-mail messages are sent with the @neuebankag.li domain, and we use certificates issued by SwissSign.
Neue Bank will never ask you by e-mail to login, and we will never ask you to disclose your security elements. If you are asked by e-mail to log in or to disclose personal data, this is most probably a scam. If this occurs, please contact your client adviser by phone.
Neue Bank gives you the option of encrypting your e-mail messages. Your client adviser will be happy to provide you with more detailed information.
