In addition to traditional financial instruments, you can also invest in digital assets with us. We enable you to buy, sell and hold Bitcoin and Ether via your accounts and your securities custody account with us. Place your orders for digital assets around the clock via your digital channels, quickly and easily.

Enter your orders to buy or sell digital assets directly and quickly via e-banking or the mobile banking app – regardless of the day of the week or time of day.

You don’t have to set up and manage a wallet yourself, i.e. a kind of digital wallet for managing digital assets. We do it for you.

We store your digital assets securely in your securities custody account, just like traditional financial instruments.

Prerequisites
Only clients domiciled in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland are authorised to trade in digital assets. US persons are excluded from the offer.
You have signed the ‘Agreement on Trading and Safekeeping of Digital Assets’ and taken note of the associated risk disclosure.

Restrictions
At present and until further notice, it is not possible to transfer Digital Assets to the Bank or have them delivered by the Bank. Digital assets cannot be used for payment purposes either. Other services such as staking are also not possible.
The offer is limited exclusively to non-advisory business and thus to execution-only transactions. No advice is provided by Neue Bank. Digital assets are not used in our investment advice and asset management.

Trading restrictions
For orders that are not placed via e-banking or the mobile banking app, please note Neue Bank’s general trading hours. Only orders up to the equivalent of CHF 250,000 are sent directly to the broker for execution; larger orders are checked in advance by Neue Bank and only forwarded to the broker for execution during Neue Bank’s general trading hours. Further restrictions apply in particular to system interruptions and release windows. Planned interruptions are displayed in e-banking or the mobile banking app.

General trading hours
Neue Bank accepts orders on Liechtenstein bank working days from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (CET).
